Using Cursor with LLM Foundry

To set up Cursor with LLM Foundry:

• Go to Cursor Settings (⌘+Shift+J) - Models
• Set your OpenAI API key to your LLM Foundry API key followed by :cursor. For example, if your LLM Foundry API key is 1234567890, set your OpenAI API key to 1234567890:cursor.
• Set Override OpenAI Base URL (when using key) to https://llmfoundry.straive.com/openai/v1
• Enable OpenAI API Key by clicking on the green toggle or by clicking Verify
• OPTIONAL: Click Add model and add gpt-4o-mini as a model

Now, you can start using Cursor with LLM Foundry.

Remember:

• Not all features work. Tab, Apply from Chat, Composer, still require Cursor Pro. But you can use Chat.
• Be mindful of cost. o1-mini is the best model but expensive. gpt-4o-mini is fine for most tasks.
